EXISTING HOMES-  Call 810-240-2116  If you can provide your average fuel (propane, natural gas or oil) consumption for past heating seasons we can calculate your heat loss.  This can be found on past bills.  The total number of heat registers on each floor will help determine the cfm needed.
OPEN LOOP -VS- CLOSED LOOP

Your soil's ability to hold moisture and your well water quality should be the factors used to determine which is best for your situation.  This along with ground available will determine your best alternative.   More details in this site.
