Any service performed by a servicer not approved by the Trane Extended Warranty Department will automatically terminate the extended warranty agreement.   Geothermal Systems of Lapeer LLC is the only approved servicer on their extended warranty contracts.

EQUIPMENT OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY

All service and repairs not covered by the Extended Warranty.

To operate the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and to perform routine maintenance and any special maintenance listed in the owners manual.  Routine maintenance includes the cleaning of the condensate drain, the condenser, the evaporator coil, the cleaning and replacing of air filters and other items as listed in the owners manual.   For open loops, cleaning of the water filter as needed.

Our  optional 10 year parts and labor extended warranty covers all internal parts, not just some.   The remaining duration of your Extended Warranty may be transferred to the new owner should you sell your property.   Mail your written request and a $25 transer fee.   If you'd like to know how you can heat a 2000' home for $350 a year, simply give us a call at (810) 240-2116  or email: g.volante@geothermal-lapeer.com  
HOW TO GET A QUOTE:
NEW CONSTRUCTION-  Mail a set of plans to us at 6689 Orchard Lk Rd. #188 West Bloomfield, MI 48322  

EXISTING HOMES-  Call 810-240-2116 with your average fuel consumption for a heating season.   This can be found on past bills.   Then count your heat registers on each floor. 
OPEN LOOP -VS- CLOSED LOOP

We help you decide based on your soil's ability to hold moisture and your well water quality.  This along with space available will determine your best alternative.   More details in this site.
