We simply need a set of plans mailed!  ... or we can meet at the property to make sure you have the terraine and soil for the loop.  Plans can be returned to you if requested.   We'll  measure exterior lineal feet, ceiling height, square feet, glass on north, south east and west elevations, skylights, R values of exterior walls, ceiling, basement floor and basement walls. 


For Existing homes:
 
The average number of gallons of propane  used per heating season, oil or amount of natural gas will be used to calculate your Heat Loss in order to size your geo-  

The number of heat registers and cold air returns in your home will indicate the cubic feet per minute of air flow.

EXISTING HOMES-  Call 810-240-2116 with your average fuel consumption for a heating season.   This can be found on past bills.   Then count your heat registers on each floor.
