Proper cleaning of your geothermal especially air filters, AC condensate drain,  and water filter on an open loop systems results in higher efficiency and extended life span of the equipment.   Our  Optional 10 year parts and labor warranty is offered at a price few can refuse.
WHAT IS COVERED?   Standard Manufacturers warranty is 5 years on parts (some parts) and we warranty one year labor.   The Optional Extended Warranty we offer is 10 years on all internal parts and 10 years on labor.

MAINTAINANCE OF GEOTHERMAL SYSTEMS  

Homeowner is responsible to wash the permanent Electrostat air filters every 30-45 days as recommended by manufacturer using "Electra Blue" or similar cleaner and back rinsing.  Click on cleaning instructions.   Routine cleaning of geothermal system prolongs the life of the geo and reduces service calls.   Air conditioning condensate drain needs to be cleaned with a shop vac.   Cup hands around the end of pipe and vacume out accumilated slime & debris.   Keep coils free from accumillated dust.   If you have an open loop keep the incoming water line clean by soaking in lime away or similar and scrubbing with a bristle brush.  Our previous installations offered an optional Trane/ Command Aire 10 year parts and labor extended warranty covering all internal parts.   Our Waterfurnace units offer an extended Warranty allowance towards parts and labor for up to 10 years.

EXISTING HOMES-  Call 810-240-2116 with your average fuel consumption for a heating season.   This can be found on past bills.   Then count your heat registers on each floor. 
OPEN LOOP -VS- CLOSED LOOP
