Radiant floors are available for different applications and work especially well for slab on grade applications. .   Floor coverings would need to be known prior to the calculation.    A quick phone call prior to drawing up house plans may be advised.   Inquiring about radiant floors after construction starts could become costly if adaptions need to be made.   If a home is 100% radiant, air conditioning needs should be considered as well.  Running cold water through the radiant floor is not an option.   Again, our 10 year parts and labor optional extended warranty covers all internal parts.    If you'd like to know more about radiant floors, simply give us a call at (810) 240-2116  or email: g.volante@geothermal-lapeer.com  
HOW TO GET A QUOTE:
NEW CONSTRUCTION-  Mail a set of plans to us at 6689 Orchard Lk Rd. #188 West Bloomfield, MI 48322  

EXISTING HOMES-  Call 810-240-2116 with your average fuel consumption for a heating season.   This can be found on past bills.   Then count your heat registers on each floor. 
OPEN LOOP -VS- CLOSED LOOP

We help you decide based on your soil's ability to hold moisture and your well water quality.  This along with space available will determine your best alternative.   More details in this site.
